The 2400kw ACC Ground Energy System (GES) constructed for Lee Kum Kee at its Xinhui food facility in Jiangmen, Guangdong provides chilled and heated water for the Soy Sauce fermentation process, and space cooling for workshops and office buildings during the summer months.
The Lee Kum Kee Xinhui Food facility is the world's first GES powered soy-sauce facility and can realize significant economic and sustainability returns from the GES given its long operational hours and intensive heating and cooling loads.
