Thomas A. Lapham

Tom is CEO of Asia Clean Capital. Tom is a lifelong entrepreneur with a successful track record of building startup companies and growing them to liquidity events and creating value for shareholders and employees.

Prior to joining ACC, Tom cofounded a renewable energy company in the U.S. which he grew to an industry leading position with 5 locations and eventually sold to one of the UK’s leading renewable energy corporations. Tom has work experience in the U.S., Europe, China, Japan and is fluent in English, Japanese, and Chinese.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Asian Studies from Whitman College in Washington State. He is a Certified Geothermal Installer through the International Ground Source Heat Pump Association, a member of the Architects Institute of America, and has been a featured speaker at the International Monetary Fund, DFI, and the UC Berkeley College of Engineering. Tom is currently in the process of completing his executive education at Harvard Business School.

Tom has a passion for sustainability and renewable energy, both personally and professionally. An avid outdoorsman and traveler, Tom is married with two daughters.

Hao is Senior VP of Asia Clean Capital Ltd. He has over 15 years sales & marketing experiences in energy & infrastructure area. Before joining ACC, Hao worked as Sales & Marketing Director of Landis & Gyr. Prior to that Hao served as National Sales Head for the French conglomerate, Nexans. Hao holds an MBA degree from Peking University, with a Major in Sales & Marketing. Hao is currently studying the EMBA courses at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business and the Swiss International Institute of Management (IMD).

Yin is EPC Director of Asia Clean Capital Ltd. He has over 12 years work experiences in Design and EPC management. Before joining ACC, Yin worked as General Manager of Beijing Yingli RongChuang Engineering Technology Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of Yinli Group. Yin has been successfully leading his team to design and install more than 100 solar PV power stations (over 300MW). In 2015, the local authority of Dongcheng District in Beijing conferred Yin the honor of “Beijing DongCheng District Technology Leader”, his team was awarded the honor of “Pioneer Worker” by Beijing General Labor Union.

Bruce Hicks is Chairman of Asia Clean Capital Ltd. He is also founding partner and director of GreenLink Global Limited a Hong Kong company which distributes a range of high quality, value-driven green products.

Between 1994 and 2006, Bruce was a partner and Executive Director of Distacom, a privately-held organization which owned and operated a portfolio of mobile telecom businesses across Asia. From 2002 to 2006, Bruce was CEO of Distacom’s SUNDAY Communications Limited which was listed on NASDAQ and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Bruce received a BA (Hons) Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University in the US and an MBA from IMD in Switzerland. He is married with two children.

Martin Hadaway is a Director of Asia Clean Capital Ltd. He is a graduate of Construction Management from the University of Aston the United Kingdom and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building and a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers. Martin has over 30 years Asian experience. He has also lived and worked in the United Kingdom and South Africa.

During his career he has founded his own construction management business and spent ten years as CEO of Hong Kong’s largest construction group. He has been responsible for many of Hong Kong’s most prestigious projects and a variety of complex infrastructure and commercial facilities throughout Asia.

Martin has been active in the support of tertiary institutions in Hong Kong and has established undergraduate sponsorship scholarships in Tsinghua and Tongji Universities in China. He currently serves on the Financial Reporting Council, Vocational Training Council, and is a Justice of the Peace. An active sportsman and keen golfer, Martin is married with two children.

Peter Heber Percy is a Director of Asia Clean Capital Ltd. Formerly, Peter was GM, Global Business Development, for the Noble Group, the Fortune 500 global industrial supply chain manager with sales in excess of US$100 billion. He worked for Jardine Fleming (JP Morgan)’s Asian Institutional Investment Advisory business based in Malaysia and Singapore. Peter has over 15 years of finance and operating experience across Asia and extensive knowledge of the regional renewable and clean energy industries. He is also a Director of Novant Limited and Pemberton Investments (Singapore) Limited.
