Thomas A. Lapham

Tom is CEO of Asia Clean Capital. Tom is a lifelong entrepreneur with a successful track record of building startup companies and growing them to liquidity events and creating value for shareholders and employees.

Prior to joining ACC, Tom cofounded a renewable energy company in the U.S. which he grew to an industry leading position with 5 locations and eventually sold to one of the UK’s leading renewable energy corporations. Tom has work experience in the U.S., Europe, China, Japan and is fluent in English, Japanese, and Chinese.

Tom is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, having graduated from their OPM Management Program. Tom also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Asian Studies from Whitman College in Washington State. He is a Certified Geothermal Installer through the International Ground Source Heat Pump Association, a member of the YPO network, and has been a featured speaker at the International Monetary Fund, DFI, and the UC Berkeley College of Engineering.

Tom has a passion for sustainability and renewable energy, both personally and professionally. An avid outdoorsman and traveler, Tom is married with two daughters.

Vincent is the CFO of Asia Clean Capital, in charge of overseeing the company’s finance and accounting systems, and also looking after shareholder and investor relations.

Prior to ACC, Mr. Hu served as Finance director of Hone Capital in charge of finance, fund raising, and liaising between their China and overseas business. Prior that, he served as audit senior manager of Deloitte China, responsible for numerous large state-owned enterprises, including MCC, CNOOC, CREG, and others.  He was also deeply involved in the CREG and Longfor Estate A/H IPO. Mr. Hu was seconded to Deloitte Chicago from 2011 to 2013, responsible for several listed entities.

Vincent is experienced at financial and risk control and corporate financing, and has a deep understanding of accounting standards and IPO processes.

Vincent holds a B.S. in Accounting from North China University of Technology and received a master’s degree in Business and Management from the University of International Business and Economics. He holds both Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA) and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) certificates.

Mr. Frank Qin is the Director of the Investment Business Department of Asia Clean Capital. He leads the Business Development team to identify and close investment opportunities, including both new-build and M&A projects.

Mr. Qin has over 20 years’ professional experience in foreign companies and the clean energy industry. He served as chief representative of CONERGY, vice GM of PV division at Shanghai Greenland Energy Industry Group, and others. Mr. Qin participated in the construction of many first batch large-scale photovoltaic power plants in China. He has a deep level of experience in domestic and overseas project development, supply chain integration, operation management and team building.

Mr. Qin received his bachelor’s degree in international trade from Shanghai Maritime University and MBA from Hong Kong Baptist University. He has extensive experience in international trade and management.

Yin is EPC Director of Asia Clean Capital Ltd. He has over 12 years work experiences in Design and EPC management. Before joining ACC, Yin worked as General Manager of Beijing Yingli RongChuang Engineering Technology Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of Yinli Group.

Yin has been successfully leading his team to design and install more than 100 solar PV power stations (over 300MW). In 2015, the local authority of Dongcheng District in Beijing conferred Yin the honor of “Beijing DongCheng District Technology Leader”, his team was awarded the honor of “Pioneer Worker” by Beijing General Labor Union.

Yuesheng Wang is Asset Management Director of Asia Clean Capital, in charge of all projects’ asset management, solar stations’ daily operation management, ongoing client relations, and interfacing with the grid and local governments. He helps to ensure that ACC’s projects perform optimally over the long-term.

Mr. Wang has a depth of experience in the power energy field and is familiar with power generation, power distribution, power utilization, and the whole power industry chain background. He is also well-versed in the ecological operation of intelligent energy systems. Prior to ACC, Mr. Wang worked at Xi’an Power Supply Bureau as Electrical Supervisor, Schneider Electric China as Department Manager, Hanas New Energy Group as Deputy General Manager, and SunEdison as Operation Director.

Mr. Wang received a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University and a Master’s degree in electrical engineering from University Kaiserslautern in Germany.

Bruce Hicks is Chairman of Asia Clean Capital Ltd. He is also founding partner and director of GreenLink Global Limited a Hong Kong company which distributes a range of high quality, value-driven green products.

Between 1994 and 2006, Bruce was a partner and Executive Director of Distacom, a privately-held organization which owned and operated a portfolio of mobile telecom businesses across Asia. From 2002 to 2006, Bruce was CEO of Distacom’s SUNDAY Communications Limited which was listed on NASDAQ and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Bruce received a BA (Hons) Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University in the US and an MBA from IMD in Switzerland. He is married with two children.

Peter Heber Percy is a Director of Asia Clean Capital Ltd. Formerly, Peter was GM, Global Business Development, for the Noble Group, where he led the MBO and subsequent sale of Novant Chemicals Ltd, a PRC chemicals business. He worked for Jardine Fleming (JP Morgan)’s Asian Institutional Investment Advisory business based in Malaysia and Singapore. He was a board member of the Pemberton Asia Opportunities Fund from 2008 to 2017.  

Peter has over 20 years of finance and operating experience across Asia and extensive knowledge of the regional renewable and clean energy industries. He is currently a Director and Portfolio Manager at Wardhaven Capital Ltd, a Hong Kong SFC regulated asset management company.
