Thomas A. Lapham

Tom is CEO of Asia Clean Capital. Tom is a lifelong entrepreneur with a successful track record of building startup companies and growing them to liquidity events and creating value for shareholders and employees.

Prior to joining ACC, Tom cofounded a renewable energy company in the U.S. which he grew to an industry leading position with 5 locations and eventually sold to one of the UK’s leading renewable energy corporations. Tom has work experience in the U.S., Europe, China, Japan and is fluent in English, Japanese, and Chinese.

Tom is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, having graduated from their OPM Management Program. Tom also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Asian Studies from Whitman College in Washington State. He is a Certified Geothermal Installer through the International Ground Source Heat Pump Association, a member of the YPO network, and has been a featured speaker at the International Monetary Fund, DFI, and the UC Berkeley College of Engineering.

Tom has a passion for sustainability and renewable energy, both personally and professionally. An avid outdoorsman and traveler, Tom is married with two daughters.

Anthony Wu is the CFO of Asia Clean Capital. He was the Director at Investment banking at GC Partners Asia Limited, a boutique Australian investment banking firm. Prior to GC Partners Asia, Anthony worked with China National Gold Group Corporation (CNGC) in the Corporate Finance Department. Mr Wu was in charge of CNGC’s financing activities and strategic investment. This involved completing China Gold International Resources Co., Ltd IPO dual listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Toronto Stock Exchange. He also worked with Anglo Chinese Corporate Finance Limited as an investment banking analyst focused on the execution of IPOs, capital raising and cross-border M&A deals on the mining and resources sector.

He is qualified with a Bachelor of Business from Victoria University and a Master of Commerce from the University of Sydney in Australia. He is also a CFA® Charterholder.

Anthony enjoys reading, travelling and tennis.

Xin Su is the Financial Controller of Asia Clean Capital, in charge of overseeing the company’s finance and accounting systems, and also ensuring internal compliance with rules and regulations.

Prior to ACC, Ms. Su held senior positions in finance-related fields for over twenty years for large institutions, including BEA Electronics, Thales Group, Saint-Gobain , and Exxon. Su Xin has particular expertise in financial management, risk control, and has a deep understanding of accounting and tax standards.

Ms. Su holds a bachelor’s degree in International Corporate Management from the University of International Business and Economics, and she is qualified by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants as a CICPA and holds a Senior Accountant qualification.

Yin is EPC Director of Asia Clean Capital Ltd. He has over 12 years work experiences in Design and EPC management. Before joining ACC, Yin worked as General Manager of Beijing Yingli RongChuang Engineering Technology Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of Yinli Group.

Yin has been successfully leading his team to design and install more than 100 solar PV power stations (over 300MW). In 2015, the local authority of Dongcheng District in Beijing conferred Yin the honor of “Beijing DongCheng District Technology Leader”, his team was awarded the honor of “Pioneer Worker” by Beijing General Labor Union.

Aaron Wang is EPC Director of Asia Clean Capital Ltd. He is responsible for design, procurement, construction and delivery of all ACC projects in mainland China.

Aaron joined ACC in 2012 and has served as HVAC Engineer, project manager and engineering department manager. Aaron has more than 10 years of experience in design and implementation of GSHP and distributed solar PV projects. He has broad experience in overseeing renewable projects through development, construction, commission and turnover to operations. He has been successfully leading his team to build many large projects (e.g. Schindler, Swire, Coca-cola, Unilever, SKF and Volkswagen) that have received LEED certification.

Aaron graduated from East China Jiaotong University, majoring in Architectural Engineering.

Howard Yang is EHS manager of Asia Clean Capital. Howard has over fifteen years’ experience in EHS management related positions, primarily for leading international corporations.

Prior to ACC, Howard held EHS management roles for Mars, Shell, and Sivo, gaining a wealth of experience and expertise in EHS process establishment, modern industrial EHS control, safety leadership training, occupational injury analysis, operational safety observation, hazardous chemicals management, incidents and emergency response, defined space operation arrangement and other safety management protocols.

Howard is passionate and proactive in all facets of safety assessment across all business units. In addition to internal controls, Howard prides himself in providing superior service to ACC’s clients, utilizing his solid EHS knowledge and professional training.

Bruce Hicks is Chairman of Asia Clean Capital Ltd. He is also founding partner and director of GreenLink Global Limited a Hong Kong company which distributes a range of high quality, value-driven green products.

Between 1994 and 2006, Bruce was a partner and Executive Director of Distacom, a privately-held organization which owned and operated a portfolio of mobile telecom businesses across Asia. From 2002 to 2006, Bruce was CEO of Distacom’s SUNDAY Communications Limited which was listed on NASDAQ and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Bruce received a BA (Hons) Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University in the US and an MBA from IMD in Switzerland. He is married with two children.

Peter Heber Percy is a Director of Asia Clean Capital Ltd. Formerly, Peter was GM, Global Business Development, for the Noble Group, where he led the MBO and subsequent sale of Novant Chemicals Ltd, a PRC chemicals business. He worked for Jardine Fleming (JP Morgan)’s Asian Institutional Investment Advisory business based in Malaysia and Singapore. He was a board member of the Pemberton Asia Opportunities Fund from 2008 to 2017.  

Peter has over 20 years of finance and operating experience across Asia and extensive knowledge of the regional renewable and clean energy industries. He is currently a Director and Portfolio Manager at Wardhaven Capital Ltd, a Hong Kong SFC regulated asset management company.
