Asia Clean Capital to Begin Solar Roll-out for SAIC Volkswagen

Beijing, PRC—April 13th, 2016—Asia Clean Capital (“ACC”) today announced a 1.91 megawatt solar power supply agreement with Shanghai Allied Auto Parts Co., Ltd., the subsidiary of Shanghai Dazhong Allied Developing Company., Ltd.(“PU’) at their production Jiading facility in Shanghai. According to the Agreement ACC will invest 100 percent of the system cost and will be responsible for the design, construction, and long-term system maintenance.

ACC will provide electricity from the solar system to Allied Auto at discounted rates to ensure operational savings throughout the system’s service period.

In addition to operational savings, the 1.91 megawatt solar system will assist in achieving environmental goals. Over its lifetime, the system will save approximately 47,665 tons of CO2, or the equivalent of 20-million liters of gasoline.
