The conference attracted over 500 participants from utilities, developers, network providers, R&D, policy makers, manufactures, energy storage solution providers, contractors, designers, and installers to explore the growth opportunities in Japan’s solar and energy storage market.

Several distinguished speakers were invited to share their insight, knowledge, and experience regarding solar and energy storage development in Japan. Thomas Lapham, CEO of Asia Clean Capital, joined one of the featured panel discussions.

According to Mr. Lapham, “Asia Clean Capital services numerous multinational clients who have facilities in Japan, as well as Japanese clients who have facilities in China. We remain excited about the opportunities to leverage our experience and expertise to support solar portfolio expansions in both these dynamic marketplaces.”

Asia Clean Capital has successfully invested, built and maintained solar projects for Tsuneishi, Fujitsu, Volkswagen, Nestle, Coca-Cola, and many other leading companies. The company has stated its intention to expand its offerings to Japanese companies inside China, which represent a large potential growth market.
