The Concordia International School project provides heating, air conditioning and hot water to all buildings within the school campus including: classrooms, library, offices, laboratories, gymnasium, conference rooms, and dining hall. The project was both a retrofit of existing buildings and newbuild for added buildings at the school campus.
On the buildings that were retrofitted, the school was able to remove existing cooling towers when the GES capacity was installed and the available rooftop was converted into a horticultural education area for students.
