Asia Clean Capital and CENTER to Cooperate on 200MW Solar Pipeline in China

Beijing, PRC—August 30, 2017—Asia Clean Capital (“ACC”) today announced a strategic partnership with CENTER International Group Company Limited (“CENTER”) and signed a distributed solar power project cooperation agreement to co-develop a 200 megawatt solar pipeline in Mainland China.

Under the terms of the Agreement, ACC and CENTER will integrate each party’s resources at the distributed solar PV projects among world-class automobile manufacturers, including top tier automobile components suppliers, airports and high-speed railway stations. ACC will invest 100 percent of the system cost and CENTER will focus on the design and project management.
As the leading enterprise in China’s metal building cladding industry, CENTER ranked No.1 in the Metal Building Roof (Wall) Industry consecutively from 2013 to 2015.
